Objective:

Out-of-home eating contributes to the increase in obesity in industrialised societies. The consumption of these foods is becoming more and more frequent in developing countries, in particular in urban areas. This project investigates the nutritional quality and the role of out-of-home foods in the diet of adolescents in urban Benin.
