Lecture Series in African and Global History

Please find below the full line-up for the 2023-2024 lecture series on African history. Organized by Samuël Coghe, Felicitas Becker, Eric Vanhaute, Pieter De Coene and Gillian Mathys.

Last year we had Mariana Candido who won the ASA best book prize for her book 'Wealth, Land and Property in Angola'.

In 2024 we will have lectures from amongst others Nicole Eggers and David Mwambari. First up this year is Morgan Robinson on the standardisation of Swahili.
