We have an active collaboration with the University of Pretoria, Department of Genetics and FABI (the forestry and agricultural biotechnology institute, https://www.fabinet.up.ac.za/index.php). Together with Prof. Z Myburg, prof E.Mizrachi we develop and apply bioinformatics methods for genotype phenotype mapping in Eucalyptus. Eucalyptus is one of the most important woody biomass crops in South Africa .
