Neonatal mortality rate in Ethiopia is reported to be high with neonatal hypothermia the major contributor. The study objective is to develop smart onesies warmer with vital sign measurement using heating textile for use in resource limited areas. Desk study, fieldwork, laboratory experiment, and prototype development will be employed.
