Despite overall improvements in maternal health outcomes, ensuring women have respectful maternity care without any form of (psychosocial) violence remains a challenge. This project aims at improving quality of care at the delivery ward of the central hospital of Maputo with special attention to male participation. During 6 months the midwives will receive lecturers, take part in workshops and set up action plans.
